Back by popular demand, design your own Elf shaped wreath hat delivered by The Little Candle Shop. Chrissy will help you create your unique Elf wreath hat, beginning with the wreath from green, red & white deco mesh. Then bringing your elf to life with making & adding elf legs then finishing off with Christmas decorations.
