An Evening with Mark Allen and Friends

Mark Allen, one of Antrim’s own, has taken the snooker world by storm in recent years.

Established as one of Northern Ireland’s sporting superstars, Mark currently ranks number 3 in the world and boasts 10 previous ranking titles. Following his first triple crown victory at the 2018 Masters, the recent 2022/23 season was Mark’s most successful to date, winning the Northern Ireland Open, UK Championship, and the World Grand Prix. Mark also reached the semi-finals of the World Snooker Championship for the second time in his career, narrowly losing in a thrilling match. This season has seen Mark’s success continue with victory in the Champions of Champions final in November and reaching the semi-finals at the Masters in December.

Not forgetting his roots in his local community, Mark has recently established The Mark Allen Foundation, which aims to provide both financial assistance and practical support to the local community. The Foundation will also fund The Joe Shortt Sports Bursary, which will offer financial aid to young local athletes. The Foundation will select charity partners annually to ensure that the funding has the widest possible reach and impact.

An evening not to be missed! Mark will dazzle with a snooker display, then be joined by some guest sporting celebrities for a Q&A session, followed by stand-up comedy and live music performances.

There will also be an opportunity to bid for some fantastic sporting memorabilia at the live auction.
