Visible Mending

Join Sue Bamford from Tools for Solidarity as she shows you how to breathe new life into forgotten garments and repair favourite clothes with visible mending techniques.

Sue will demonstrate a variety of techniques including darning, Swiss darning, honeycomb stitch and embroidering on knits, and each participant will take home a sampler of techniques.

All materials are supplied, however participants are encouraged to bring their own garments to mend, and can get advice on mending.
